Armed Forces Tax Fairness and Justice Act of 2003 - Includes Israel in the geographic area encompassed by the applicability of benefits afforded as a result of the January, 2003 Operational Deployment Order issued by the President with respect to U.S. personnel participating in Operation Enduring Freedom.
Extends tax breaks and military benefits that apply to US Armed Forces in Operation Enduring Freedom to include personnel stationed in or deployed to Israel. This means US military members in Israel receive the same tax exemptions and other financial protections as those in other Operation Enduring Freedom zones.
