The bill authorizes the President to impose sanctions—including asset freezes and visa revocations—on foreign government officials who refuse U.S. requests to grant Palestinians from Gaza humanitarian entry into their countries. The President must submit lists of such officials to Congress within 60 days and annually for 5 years.
