Nullifies a 2024 presidential order that provided deferred enforced departure (work authorization) to Palestinians. Bars Palestinians from Gaza, the West Bank, or holders of Palestinian Authority documents from obtaining temporary protected status, asylum, refugee status, parole, or entry into the US. Makes such individuals deportable if already in the country and subject to permanent residence revocation if convicted of a crime of violence.
This categorically excludes Palestinians as a group from all major US immigration protections, based solely on residence or documentation origin.
