Blocks all US government funding to Gaza unless the President certifies that money won't reach Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, or other designated terrorist groups, or entities they control. Additionally requires presidential certification that any UN entity receiving US funds in Gaza is not promoting anti-Israel or antisemitic content.
