VoteLog discovers legislation by searching Congress.gov for Israel/Palestine-related keywords. That net is deliberately wide — words like “settlement” or “hostage” also appear in bills that have nothing to do with Israel or Palestine, such as tribal water-rights settlements or refugee resettlement. Every matched bill is reviewed, and off-topic matches are excluded from all lists, statistics, and member scores.
